We use standard carrier rates for all products. Products usually leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days and ship to customers within 5 business days. Check with your carrier of choice for up-to-date shipping times.

We will happily accept exchanges if the puzzle is returned unopened and in resaleable condition. Unfortunately, cannot refund the cost of shipping for exchanges.
All returns are determined on a case by case basis, and must be approved in advance by PUZZLELOVE. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. A restocking fee may be incurred depending on the condition of the returned puzzle. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
